The good folks at the Robot Co. welcomed us back for a second wheat paste wall paper mural for their Chelsea office. This time around we added some color and POP for the installation. Working together with the client, we carefully chose images that worked best as a collage. Featuring iconic pop art references, the collage added a retro, yet modern aesthetic for the bathroom space. The half tone style lends itself well to wheat paste posters, as if taking the images back to the newspaper pages.

The results: a wall paper mural Andy Warhol and Keith Haring would be proud of. The look and the use of the printers ? ha..

We pasted the posters in every corner that we could, removing and replacing the various duct covers and architectural details.

The jump cuts and image edits add to the story board or comic book panel nature of the wheat paste wall paper mural graphics.

Cool shot above catching the graphics in the back via the washroom mirror. We look forward to the next time we link with The Robot Company for another project.
