Restaurant skyline mural experts! We painted an interior street art mural at a new ramen restaurant opening up in the Lower East Side. We’re always a fan of new ramen spots in the neighborhood. Therefore, we were glad to see that they are officially open now. You can go check out the artwork at Yoko Ya Ramen located at 201 Allen St.
We used mixed media consisting of spray paint, oil bars and latex to create a skyline. Check out some images of the completed work below.
Restaurant skyline murals are a popular request at Graffiti USA. Our mural designs are always specific to a space. For example, the client requested a skyline from a city that we used for the imagery. In addition, they wanted the artwork to have a chalkboard feel. As a result, we painted a black background and used gray tones to create the effect.
We wanted the artwork to last so instead of using chalk, we used oil bar. As a result, it gave a similar effect with longevity.
