Team Building Workshop Ideas. After recent graffiti workshops in New York, New Jersey, Boston and Chicago, we worked with the E. & J. Gallo brand to host several more workshops in Houston, Dallas, Seattle, Atlanta, Sonoma, Los Angeles, Tampa and Miami. In these cities we first created and delivered custom graffiti walls to use as canvases. We then taught participants how to use spray paint and stencils on the temporary walls. After that, we split the group up into teams. Each team then used their new tools to try to replicate an abstract design we created for Prophecy Wine. Participants were judged on creativity, team work and also on execution. Check out some event photos from all the different activation cities below:
