Chicago Mural Artist Paints Astound Office
Astound Broadband offers cable services including TV, phone, and internet connections for homes and businesses. Their Crestwood, IL office is the result of a merger of employees from both Illinois and Indiana. They reached out to us with a vision for artwork that would foster a fun work atmosphere. Of course symbolizing the unity of these two groups in their new shared workspace. The challenge was to take the walls in two cubicle corners into an engaging and harmonious space.
Our Chicago mural artist had a solution. It was a “floating mural” that stretched across the upper sections of both walls. Clearly designed in a fluid and open pattern. This mural embodied their team’s customer-centric ethos. Using a combination of visuals and text. We artfully captured the essence of their mission statement. Equally important, representing four key pillars and prominently featuring the label “Team Illiana” to signify their regional affiliation.
Stylistically, the artwork was crafted with dynamic dots and gradients. Coupled with large swirls, particle bursts, and rays. These design elements not only showcased their vibrant brand colors but also conveyed the speed and vitality of their broadband services.
The result is an artful representation of Astound Broadband’s ethos and the union of their Illinois and Indiana teams. Through visual storytelling, we have transformed mundane cubicle corners into spaces that embody connection, collaboration, and the dynamic essence of modern telecom. This mural not only enriches their physical office but also aligns with their branding and mission.
