NYC Office Mural Consulting. We recently worked with DayNine Consulting to create a custom graffiti mural in their new office. Because they are in New York, the content features a New York Skyline with a billboard featuring the logo one of their applications, “Workday”. We also painted a NYC Subway car tagged with graffiti. The tags list out DayNine’s brand values and general mission. One of our favorite elements in the piece is the green column. We transformed a structural member in the office into a NYC subway station column. Also, the plaque that would normally locate you at a subway stop instead reads “New York Hub.” Thinking outside of the box, literally in this case, can create great design opportunities. Rainbow colored graffiti tags highlight the Nine train to the New York Hub at DayNine.
A darker shade of green creates depth on the sides of the column, mimicking the I beams found on subway platforms (and the rivets too). The font and design language of the MTA used for the hub signage ties the concept together. NYC Office Mural Consulting.
