Contemporary office mural for real estate group Lendlease. Lendlease is a globally integrated real estate and investment group. Their expertise is shaping cities. As well as creating strong and connected communities. They came to Graffiti Arts to paint a dynamic mural. An office mural for their new Manhattan space. Above all a mural would serve as a colorful accent to two key areas within the space.
We created two murals for two separate wall areas. Firstly, a long wall with super sized & stylized tags of their core brand values. Secondly, a wall with their five key gateway cities in layered skyline silhouettes. Along with geographic specific icons. Needless to say, we were excited by the scope of this project.
In addition to the contemporary office mural, we painted several canvases. In addition, smaller areas we placed 4’ x 5’ canvas. Differing from applying paint directly. The abstract design of these canvases pulled shapes and colors from the larger wall in each pair to great effect.
Not only can a mural tell your story, it can also serve as an accent to existing features. This tag mural perfectly compliments the adjacent break room.
As you can see, many cities were represented in the skyline. All the offices Lendlease occupies are represented. Chicago, Boston, San Fransisco and Los Angeles. And of course, New York City!
