One of our Graffiti USA artists (Ntel) created this amazing zipper graffiti installation fabricating the pieces to create a 3D zipper texture that protrudes from the wall. The zipper “unzips” to reveal a colorful wall of graffiti and street art underneath. Using light weight material, this is a piece that can be easily installed in an office space, business or residential environment. There are options for permanent installations of temporary/removable pieces as well. This is a great way to create a lot of impact but not oversaturate an entire wall full of a mural. This style of graffiti can also be places across multiple walls and surfaces. We love working with conceptual artists on creative pieces like this! Check out photos of the installation below:
We worked with Xebia Labs based in Boston, MA to help create a graffiti/street art inspired mural for their corporate office. “XebiaLabs is a software company founded out of the information technology firm Xebia specializing in DevOps and continuous delivery tooling.” We got to paint a postcard style bubble letter with their company’s name on the main wall and tied in their logo on multiple walls throughout their space. Check out some photos of the installation below:
Graffiti USA worked with The Canteen to create a graffiti mural in their new restaurant located at 2436 Nostrand Ave. in Brooklyn. We painted the restaurant name in a traditional NY graffiti style surrounded by abstract graffiti lettering. We added some comic style letter bubbles for the client to add words into relating to the business & certain promotions. Check out photos of the installation below:
It was an honor to be able to create some street art in Albany’s Nanotech Building for CommerceHub‘s new office space. “CommerceHub is a provider of hosted integration, drop ship fulfillment, and product content management for multi-channel e-commerce merchants.” Check out some photos of the artwork below:
Some installation photos from a recent street art/graffiti mural at Atlas Media Corp in midtown, New York. These murals were all created using water based spray paint which have low/no odor. The bright, pop colors give the space a new life. Check out some of the artwork below:
“Writer/producer/director Bruce David Klein founded Atlas Media Corp. in 1989. Its mission? To create, produce and distribute innovative television programming. Since then, Atlas has grown into one of the world’s leading independent multi-platform producers of non-fiction television series, specials, theatrical documentaries and digital entertainment. Atlas combines the substantial resources of a mini-studio with the personal, passionate vision of a filmmaker.”
GraffitiUSA was honored to participate in an awesome project in LA recently in collaboration with the Britdoc Foundation. For the 2016 Doc Impact Award (celebrating the documentary films that have made the greatest impact on society,) we helped announce the five winners via a filmed graffiti piece in an abandoned Los Angeles warehouse. We watched all of these films for inspiration for the pieces and highly recommend them all! Also, they did an amazing job on the production of this short clip below. They were a wonderful organization to work with and we hope to collaborate more in the future. Please share!
We are excited to partner up with Elan Amirav D&A / Taboola again to add some unique touches to their brand new downtown Los Angeles office! In the past, we have created murals for their New York offices. For this installation, since the client was already moved into the office, we made sure to protect everything possible that would get any kind of overspray on it. You can see some of the extensive prep work done to make sure we did a very clean and professional job. We were excited with the results and hope to continue working with them more as they grow into other cities. Check out some photos of the completed installations below.
“Taboola is surfacing your articles, slideshows, and videos to the right users, on the most innovative publishers in the world, and inviting them to click and consume it on your site, YouTube channel, or micro-site.”
“Team Epic is a sponsorship & lifestyle marketing partner to iconic brands activating the biggest sports and entertainment properties.” We recently had the honor of creating a custom piece in their Norwalk, Connecticut headquarters. For interior graffiti mural installations where an office space is already built out such as this one, we pride ourselves on going the distance to overprotect anything in the space that may get any overspray at all. In addition, we use specialized brands of water based spray paint with low odor that we also use for live indoor events. Check out some photos of the installation below:
Team Epic in Connecticut recently merged with MKTG (who we have worked with in the past as well.) As a result, they wanted us to come back to add some more to the existing mural we had done for them and incorporate the new company into it. Check out some photos of the updated piece here:
As announced at the end of last year, we are excited to partner with ‘Gloss Black’ who is a PA and NJ based street artist for hire. He is available nationwide for commissioned murals and known for his exceptionally clean lettering work. He puts a dynamic twist on traditional sign painting techniques by using spray paint as a medium and also incorporating bevels, drop shadows and chrome effects in unique ways. Below are some examples of his more free flowing collage style lettering work. ‘Gloss Black’ is a very flexible graffiti artist with the ability to make our clients’ visions come to life! We look forward to working with him this year.
Earlier this year, we worked with Swisher Sweets on their 2016 “Swisher Sweeties” calendar shoot in Los Angeles. The artwork was painted by LA based artist Self Uno. Check out some photos of the piece along with some of the final shots with the models.
